We work with most major dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. Our expert staff will verify your benefits and provide a detailed estimate of your out-of-pocket costs before any treatment begins. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept the payment methods listed above. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.
